Help with the wording
Before you order
How much fits on each line?
On a print, canvas or frame: up to 37 characters of name, 41 for profession and years together, and 50 for where they worked. A mug takes 40, 40 and 50; a bottle takes 25, 24 and 39. If a line is too long for the item you chose, the button says which one to shorten.
When will it arrive?
Printed items arrive in 4 to 9 working days, with standard UK delivery free, to UK addresses only. The dates for an order placed today are beside the button. Priority delivery is £4.99 and takes 3 to 6 working days. A digital file is sent by email as a download link, and nothing is printed or posted.
Can I return it?
Not for a change of mind: it is made to your wording, so the 14-day cancellation right doesn't apply (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, reg 28(1)(b)). A download is sent once you tick the box in your basket agreeing to receive it straight away.
What if something goes wrong?
Arrives damaged or with a print fault? We reprint or refund it at our cost. We set exactly what you type, so a spelling mistake in the wording you entered is not a print fault: read it through on the preview before you add it.
